Returns - Right of withdrawal

The client will have a period of fifteen calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, for its return. 

Claims will only be accepted by email from the customer within a maximum period of fifteen calendar days from receipt of the merchandise by the customer to the mail devoluciones@quickstore.es

The date of receipt will be the date inscribed on the delivery receipt delivered to the carrier. No claim after the indicated period will be considered by Quick Store. Returns must be made within fifteen working days following the prior and express agreement mentioned above.

IMPORTANT:

Returns will be made freight prepaid by the transportation agency designated by Quick Store. 

In the event that the transport agency is designated by the client, the postage will be borne by the client..

In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition and without any type of use.
